If you like nifty little info graphic that I made (above), then let me elaborate on each of these points one blog post at a time. Today, let's talk about the first and most important: Try New Avenues!
I am sure you must have heard people tell you to diversify your investments. But you've probably not given much thought to it. Let me tell you that if you are looking to be smart with your investments, you have no choice but to keep your eyes and ears open to anything and everything.
I recently met one of my old friends who is now working on getting himself a citizenship in Cyprus. And he isn't doing this because he wants to migrate (that might be one of the reasons), he is mainly doing this as he considers it to be a great investment! To know more about these types of investments, here are some good links: Investment in Citizenship, UK Investor Visa qualifying investments
Now I do not know if investing in citizenship is a good idea or not (I shall research more on the matter and get back to you guys real soon) but when I heard about it, I was thinking "wow now that's original investing!"
The point I am trying to make is, as an investor you cannot confine yourself to any boundaries, be it geographic or otherwise. Your capital is yours to invest.
I hope this post helped! And don't forget to let me know about it if you liked it, or if you have any queries on the subject.
